Taxes:

If taxes show up on your invoice, please email us a copy of the certificate and the tax number. Once We receive a copy of your Tax reseller Certificate, taxes will be credited Appropriately.  Taxes are charged based on state laws. Supplies and Equipment are taxed differently. Alabama, Tennessee states that reseller certificates are required. We will contact you to get your resell #, if you do not have one, we will have to charge you tax.

Credit Cards:

New policy: We can only ship to the same address as the bill on a credit card account.  Or if you use PayPal, that account must have the same address as we are shipping to in the ship-to address area. We are sorry to inconvenience you, but fraud has made us change our policies.

Minimums:

We have no dollar minimum, only the case quantity.

Terms of Sales:

American Express, Master Card, Visa, and Discover card accepted. PayPal is also accepted.

All orders over $600 will be required Signature on delivery.

International Customers:

Terms of Sale: Wire Transfer, PayPal, Credit Card.

If Customs fees are charged, you as the  receiver are responsible for payment

Freight:

FOB SEPS Graphics, unless otherwise noted. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice.

Drop Shipments or special orders or non-stock items may incur additional freight charges.

Return Goods Authorization:

EQUIPMENT IS NOT RETURNABLE AND NOT REFUNDABLE, OPENED, OR UNOPENED.

Any inks once opened are not returnable.

Merchandise will not be accepted with authorization from a customer service representative.

Notify our customer service department with an itemized list of products, invoice number, and reason for the return.

Acceptable returned goods will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. No return on opened products.

No return authorization or credit will be granted after 30 days of the invoice date, or for returned material that is not in a resalable condition.

All authorized merchandise returns must be sent to SEPS Graphics location.

SPECIAL ORDER NON-STOCK ITEMS, CUSTOM FABRICATED ITEMS, OR CUSTOM IMPRINTED BADGES CANNOT BE RETURNED.

EQUIPMENT IS NOT RETURNABLE.

Sublimation Inks, or Any Inks are not returnable with out approval.

Other:

A service charge of $45.00 will be assessed for any check returned by your bank because of insufficient funds.

A service charge on overdue accounts will be assessed at the rate of 1 ½% per month (equivalent to 18% per year) and attorney fees if applicable.

Special order or drop-shipped items cannot be canceled more than 24 hours after the order has been placed and are non-refundable.

Not all stock items are inventoried at SEPS Graphics.

Large orders or custom cut, fabricated, or special-order material full payment required prior to processing the order.

WARRANTY:

“SEPS Graphics’ warranty is limited to replacement of the product only, and such warranty does not extend to the cost of any repeat labor or incidental costs.”

Except as set forth above, Seller makes no other warranties concerning the products whatsoever.  Seller disclaims and excludes all other express warranties and implied warranties, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose concerning the products.  In no event will Seller’s liability exceed the paid purchase price of the products.  Buyer agrees that in no event shall seller be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

If a product arrives damaged then it must be reported within 3 days of receiving the package, and photos must be emailed showing damage to the exterior and interior of the box and product if it is to be replaced.

Since SEPS Graphics did not manufacture this product, it cannot warrant that it will be free of all defects or out of date and must confirm that you understand that all warranties-expressed or implied-come only from the manufacture (s). SEPS Graphics makes no other warranties with respect to the products it distributes and disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability

SHIPPING:

Shipments are via Parcel Service or Motor truck.  All orders will be shipped by the lowest cost surface transportation, usually UPS if weight is permissible (unless other arrangements have been approved).  Whenever possible, stock orders are shipped within 24 hours after they are received.
