Inkjet RIP-Kit for Epson with Separations Capbility and Hybrid Screening
Process files quickly and easily using the new Inkjet Postscript Level 3 RIP-Kit. The RIP is specifically designed for use with an Epson and offers accurate ink density, calibration and dot gain controls. Included with the every new RIP are a wide variety of screen sets including Inkjet Hybrid Screening. The RIP runs on Windows XP, 2003, Vista, 2008 or Windows 7 and users can print from Windows and Macintosh computers to the RIP. The RIP is capable of outputting plates to the Epson Stylus Pro 4880, 4900, 7880, 7890, 7900, 9880, 9890 and 9900 printer line.

RTI will work with you to calibrate your plates and your press output. We include 90 days of technical support including WebEx Online Support with every new CTP system. WebEx allows us to quickly diagnose and solve issues using your high speed internet connection.

Kimoto Kimosetter 410 Plate Setter
The Kimosetter 410 is a thermal transfer plate setter specially developed to image Kimoplate E2 polyester plates. This compact plate setter is the affordable repro solution for small offset printers or quick print shops. Kimosetter 410 is an upgraded model of the Kimosetter 340 which was first introduced in 2000 for A3 portrait size presses. Now Kimosetter 410 covers 52cm size machines commonly known as GTO size. Images up to 16" x 20" plate.

Free from toner, chemicals, fusing. Kimosetter 410 uses its own special ink ribbon cassettes. It does not use any chemicals or toner, therefore no development or fusing unit is required.

On-Demand CTP. The platesetter does not need warming up time nor does it have stand-by mode to keep chemicals or fusing rollers at a certain temperature. The designer is able to image immediately once the design is ready.
Sharp lines and edge definition. Equivalent to 1200 dpi and state of the art precision imaging technology, the Kimosetter 410 gives exceptional image quality resulting in smooth crisp text, sharp line work, high density solids and clean halftones.
Up To 52cm Size Machine. Accommodating all popular plate sizes up to 410mm x 510mm, the Kimosetter 410 is capable of imaging full bleed A3 with crops and registration marks.
Clean Backround. Since it uses no toner or ink drops, the thermal transfer unit cannot create unwanted image in the background of the Kimoplate e2.
Compact Design. The Kimosetter 410 has a small footprint, comparable in size and style to an A3 inkjet printer and will not look out of place in a studio environment.
Enhanced Rip. An Adobe PostScript 3 software RIP CD for both Windows and the Macintosh is included in the package. The hardware key (dongle) is not necessary; its function is embedded in the machine. For Mac OS X users, the CD contains an updater program that enables the RIP to run in Classic mode on OS X.
