The VividCoater Micro

is a low maintenance ultra violet cured coating system that produces
a high quality finish to the printed sheet.
The VividCoater Micro
TM
's foot print is less than 3'x3' (90 cm square) and throughput is 1350
sheets per hour. This machine runs on 110V/50 hz (30 amp circuit) and can be moved easily
through any standard door opening.
By producing richer and more vibrant colours on digitally or offset printed pieces the
VividCoater Micro
TM
offers the on-demand print market the opportunity to have more effective
and expressive printed products at a very low cost per page.
The Micro is easy to operate and allows for variable coating thickness control and
variable speed control. With two different UV solutions ready to run at all times the operator
can switch between gloss and matte finishes in minutes.
