Digi-Coat Clear Sublimation Coating

Digi-Coat Translucent White Coating

Overview
This specially formulated surface preparation provides superior readiness for sublimation inks.
Description
Designed specifically for use with the DigiCoat range of products of sublimation coating, DigiCoat Adhesion Promoter is used to prepare surfaces to receive DigiCoat sublimation coatings. DigiCoat Adhesion Promoter will enhance the adherence of coatings to slick and glossy substrates such as glazed ceramics, glass and polished metal.
DigiCoat Adhesion Promoter helps DigiCoat sublimation coatings form robust physical bonds with these surfaces.
8.45 liquid ounces (250ml)

Overview
A one part clear sublimation coating. Simple aerosol application with an oven cure creates sublimatable surfaces. Used for hard and soft substrates such as ceramic tiles, leather, metal, wood, glass etc.
Description
A one-part clear coating to convert virtually any heat and pressure tolerant material into a sublimatable substrate. Best with hard and soft substrates such as ceramic tiles, metal, wood, glass.

DigiCoat Clear  sublimation coating is an aerosol product, and application is simple. Care must be taken to apply coating in a consistent manner to promote a good final image, and several light coats may yield better results than one heavy coat. Allow to air-dry for 10 minutes, and then oven cure at 320F (160C) for 20 minutes.

Contents are estimated to coat about 20 square feet (2 square meters), although your coverage may vary. Actual coverage is affected by many factors, including:

>porosity of the substrate surface

>density of application

>number of coatings applied

Use caution - as with any aerosol product. Work with this product in well-ventilated areas, and away from any open flame. Read container for additional instructions prior to use.

Contents 13.5 oz (400ml)

Overview
Our special formulation to produce stunning photographs on glass and other clear substrates!
Description
Translucent White is a base coating designed to interact with DigiCoat Clear Coating to translucent white coating allows sublimators to decorate glass products like cutting boards, awards, and glass tiles. Translucent White lets sublimation ink pass through the white coating to produce strong, vibrant images.
Used together with DigiCoat Clear, DigiCoat Translucent White will let you produce stunning images onto glass or acrylic.
For sublimating glass or other clear material, the process begins with a coating of DigiCoat Clear, which is allowed to air dry for 5 minutes, and then a light coating of Translucent White over the Clear. The object is then oven cured at 320 degrees F (160C) for 20 minutes.
Contents are estimated to coat about 20 square feet (2 Sq meters), although your coverage may vary. As with the other DigiCoat products, coverage may vary and is affected by many factors, including:
>porosity of the substrate surface
>density of application
>number of coatings applied
Use with caution - as with any aerosol product. Apply in well-ventilated areas, and away from any open flame. Read container for additional instructions prior to use.
Contents 13.5 oz (400ml)

NOTE: DigiCoat is not recommended for use with acrylic products, as scrylics generally cannot withstand the heat required to cure the coatings, or heat and pressure required for dye sublimation.

DigiCoat UV Protection Coating

DigiCoat Opaque White Base Coating

Description
A UV protective over coat containing two types of UV inhibitors to give maximum UV protection. This UV coating is an air drying product and does not require a curing cycle. This over coat can be used on glass, metals, wood, plastics etc.
