Specific to the new Ricoh GX7000 is a new formulation of SubliJet-R. Unlike any other sublimation ink, SubliJet-R for the Ricoh features a higher viscosity designed to work exclusively with the Ricoh print head. The four-color ink configuration (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) uses two sizes of cartridges - 68 mL black and 60 mL color. Important Note - This is a graphics printer and not a photographic printer. This printer can exhibit very find banding in some prints. This banding will press mostly print out when transferring to fabrics, but still might remain visible when transferring on to hard substrates. If you are looking for a sublimation printer capable of printing very highly detailed photographs, you will need one of our Epson sublimation Printers and Epson sublimation Equipment.
Warning- Do not install the regular ricoh cartidges into the ricoh printer only install the Sublijet R inks.
