The Viper XPT-6000 will change the way that you pre-treat garments. With its easy-to-use touch screen interface you can easily control the amount of pre-treatment laydown and length of the spray, and even select the zone on the garment that will get treated. The Viper will consistently treat each and every shirt that you throw at it, at speeds that are currently unmatched in the industry.
The Viper boasts many features to take out the inconsistencies of pre-treating by hand. This process of achieving the smoothest and most consistent laydown of pre-treatment fluid is vital in achieving a washable and vibrant white ink print on your garments. By using the Viper XPT-6000, you are ensuring that you have the best pre-treatment application to produce the best quality end garments.
The Viper XPT will help you save time and money in your white ink direct-to-garment printing business. By utilizing the Viper's spray zone system, pre-treatment fluid does not get wasted on areas that won't be printed. The Viper includes other money-saving features as well, including recycling fluid loaded in the machine before cleanings.

Pretreatment Machine
Viper enclosure is made from corrosive proof high grade engineered plastics and cleans easily.
Shirts load onto the Viper just like when screen printing or on most DTG printers so the pretreated image area is in the same location when printing white ink.
No air compressor needed. Saves money and is much quieter.
No pressurized fluid pots required.
Any sized pretreatment containers can be used for extended pretreating runs.
o Competitor's machines can only hold 2 Quarts of fluid which is equivalent to about 50 treated shirts. Using pressurized pots means every 50 shirts you'll have to stop production, and re-fill the containers, resulting in increased labor costs and down production time.

Changing spray zones is as simple as touching the user screen interface.
Virtually no overspray - resulting in less wasted pretreatment solution.
o Based on spray patterns and over spray, the resulting overspray of other pretreatment machines result in approximately 15-20% wasted pretreatment that never makes it onto the shirt as with other pretreatment machines. This can result in up to $.10-$.15 per shirt that is wasted.
o If the user is doing at least 24 shirts per day the savings in pretreatment (overspray), labor savings, and spoiled garments makes the Viper XPT a better deal than other pretreatment machines.
Very consistent spray application.
o No guessing where to set your platen speed when changing spray zones patterns. It is the same for Full Chest, Left Chest or youth spray patterns.
o The spray heads never change height or location. No manual adjustment is needed like other pretreatment machines.
§ When changing spray zones or patterns the fluid lay down is different for the same spray length on other machines. If you go from 14” off the garment to 7” off the garment the fluid lay down is going to be increased significantly - affecting the amount of fluid laid down. So, there's no consistent platen speed relative to the same spray lengths causing more or less than optimal pretreatment to be applied to the garment. This would possibly result in poor washability or rejected garments. This problem is not present on the Viper XPT-6000.

The ViperONE is simple to operate and includes a completely 100% contained overspray and bounce containment system (patent pending). The spray length is adjusted by setting a slider on the right side of the spray unit to the desired length. The amount of fluid lay down is adjusted via the knob on the front of the ViperONE. It is perfect for use in a mall kiosk, retail store front, or even going mobile because it can be moved easily. The ViperONE continues the proud tradition of the Viper XPT-6000.
